About Me

Danielle Eron PT, DPT, OCS, FDN

I grew up in south Louisiana with a lifelong love for sports—soccer and running have always been my passions. I played college soccer at LSU (Geaux Tigers!) while earning my degree in kinesiology, then continued my academic journey at Stony Brook University in New York, where I earned my Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2017.

I began my PT career as a travel physical therapist. My husband, our dog, and I spent several years exploring the country in our RV, gaining invaluable experiences treating patients across a wide variety of settings. In 2020, we settled in Nashville, where we’ve loved building our home and community.

Now, as a mom of two, I have learned how even more important it is to stay strong and healthy. I have developed a passion for helping other women stay active through pregnancy and return confidently to the activities they love postpartum. My own postpartum journey brought challenges, particularly in returning to running, and I struggled to find a provider with the right skill set to guide me. That experience inspired me to focus in on the link between orthopedics, sports medicine, and women’s health and pursue advanced training in pregnancy, postpartum exercise, and recovery.

In addition to women’s health, I love working with runners, weightlifters, and CrossFit athletes—anyone who wants to move without pain, overcome injury, and keep doing what they love. I am a Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS), certified in dry needling (FDN), and trained in the Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA), with specialized education in both pelvic health and running performance.

My mission is simple: to empower active women and athletes to move with confidence, strength, and longevity.
